Disappointment doesn't ring a bell at this moment, as there were too many tertiary issues concerning the matter which needed to be addressed first to lay the foundation for a strong appeal, to which no new evidence can be brought in, and only evidence which was submitted at trial may be used to argue one's case on Appeal. The case on Appeal is not the case to which most are familiar with but a case regarding Memorabilia and a Family Heirloom which was stolen from a home in Florida and found in Las Vegas.
