Yoga Run on Wilshire and Route 66 tonight, slow breathing and intervals and walking the last length cool down.
I just add bounce or lengthen my strides and use core or relax and jump and skip and sometimes sprint.
And always stretch after a run. Min 30 seconds per leg.
If I dont strech my muscles get stiff tight hard to run really tiring painful requires more energy
