Everyone is entitled to their own opinions, given their experiences in life and by what they have been told. The key to managing stress associated with disorganization is to organize your thoughts, your life, and let go of negative judgments, by focusing on the positive. Rarely when we focus on negatives to we end up in a better place in life, or get along well with others, defiance doesn’t get you far in life. Take everything with a grain of salt, and always trust that some of the best decisions are made with a good heart. When you assume the good, and see the good in others, you are more likely to ignore the negative, be careful not to digest to provoke or digest to defend or digest to draw associations or digest or react to cause reactions or a series of beliefs you think is necessary to feel whole. It is not required that others think like you or know the same information as you to feel apart of, equal education is important to acknowledge that there are no advantages in life to sharing your work, but you have everything to offer in the positive by maintaining your unique identity and ability to process rights and wrongs you see occurring, but be careful not to highlight or draw attention to negatives in your own life by reflection or blame others for having negative thoughts or experiencing any discord, its mostly your ability to adjust your settings in life that sets you back on track, never give up hope, have faith, and pace yourself, positive momentum is everything. #letgo
